Beach Club and resort amenities:

Guests will have access to the Casamar Beach Club during their stay. The Beach Club includes:

Some Beach Club amenities may require advance reservation and/or an additional fee. Fees are typically reasonable, but availability, pricing, and rules are managed by Casamar and may vary.

Casamar also offers additional resort amenities, including a 9-hole golf course and a gym available for a fee. Please note that the golf course does not use golf carts, and equipment rental availability should be confirmed directly with Casamar.

The beach is great for walking, relaxing, and enjoying the ocean views. For ocean swimming, the best area is near Riomar, where there is a sandbank and the water is typically shallower with fewer rocks. Guests should always use caution, supervise children closely, and pay attention to tide and ocean conditions.

Casamar guest access requires advance registration, so we will request all guest names before arrival to help coordinate entry into the community.

The location:

Vacasita Palm Paradise is located inside Casamar, a family-friendly beach resort community in San Carlos, Panama. The Beach Club is within walking distance, though many guests prefer to drive and park nearby for convenience.

The property is also a great home base for exploring Panama’s Pacific coast. You are approximately 1.5 hours from Panama City and the Panama Canal, and about 1 hour from El Valle, a beautiful mountain town known for nature, restaurants, markets, and day trips.

Good to know:

• Standard occupancy is up to 10 guests. Maximum occupancy increases to 11 registered guests when the optional additional bedroom is added to the reservation.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property and inside Casamar amenities.
• Guest names must be provided before arrival for community access approval.
• Guests must follow all Casamar and PH community rules during their stay.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the private plunge pool, Beach Club pools, and beach areas.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Some Casamar Beach Club and resort amenities may require reservations and/or additional fees. Availability, pricing, and rules are managed by Casamar and may vary.
• The 9-hole golf course is available within Casamar; golf carts are not used, and equipment rental availability should be confirmed directly with Casamar.
• Gym access may be available for an additional fee.
• Panama is warm and humid, so the outdoor area is designed more for relaxing and BBQ than formal outdoor dining.

+ An electronic rental agreement will be sent via email and must be signed by the main guest to confirm the booking.
+ An electronic guidebook, including check-in instructions, house rules, and local recommendations, will be sent after booking.
+ A valid credit card is required to place a $500 security hold during the stay.
- This is not a charge, only a temporary hold to cover potential damages.
- The hold is released 1–2 days after checkout, pending a routine property inspection.
- The main guest will receive an email confirmation once the hold has been released.
+ Standard occupancy is up to 10 guests. An optional additional furnished bedroom with private bathroom and its own A/C is available for $50/night, increasing maximum occupancy to 11 registered guests.
+ Extended Stays: Stays of 30 to 90 nights may be accepted subject to Owner approval and additional terms, including a refundable security deposit of up to $1,500 USD, an electricity allowance, and weekly housekeeping. Additional requirements will be provided before an extended stay is approved.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
